Facility of itz cash card mobile recharge for idea users is not available. Thus they cannot do idea recharge by itz cash card. Online payment of mobile bills can be done through credit or debit cards and offline payment can be done in cash or through cheques.

- Service is available for pre paid users of selected mobile operators. Idea users cannot do idea recharge by itz cash card. An option of itz cash card mobile recharge for idea operator is not provided for users.
- Correct mobile number should be entered.
